Suspicious activity in HRA

Three suspicious vessels were observed in position 13:18N 058:58E near Socotra Island at 20:30 UTC on 19 August 2015. Three suspicious skiffs were reported by a Chinese warship in the area. One of the vessels reportedly had weapons on board but no additional information is currently available.
