2. Description: On 20 November 2015 at 0554 UTC in position 13 12 00N 048 58 12E, an MV reported 3 skiffs astern at a distance of 1.5nm. Two white hulled skiffs and one sky blue hulled skiff was sighted with 6-8 POB and weapons in each skiff. 1 ladder was sighted in a white skiff. Vessels security team showed presence and skiffs moved away towards the Yemen coast. The MV is SAFE.
