One advisory released this week, although designated (003/Dec/2015) this was in fact, the second advisory released this month.
Although unverified there were again reports this week of incidents surrounding vessels allegedly involved in illegal fishing activities in Somali territorial waters, this may be linked to the local authorities and their continuing efforts to curtail such activity in their waters.
