New West Africa Voluntary Reporting Area and UKHO Chart Q6144

The UK Hydrographic Office is preparing to publish a new Chart Q6114 (Edition 2) for West Africa at the end of June.

The Voluntary Reporting Area has been extended considerably which is probably due to the introduction of the extended capability and regional influence of the the new Marine Domain Awareness for Trade – Gulf of Guinea (MDAT-GoG), which will be operated by the Navies of France and the United Kingdom.
