2. Description: On 22 Oct 16 at 0555 UTC, an MV was approached by one blue hulled speed boat with 5-6 POB in posn 04 28.1N, 053 22.2E, approx. 300nm off the Somali coast. At a CPA of 2 cables warning shots were fired by the on board AST who report an alleged return of fire from the speedboat occupants, thereafter the speedboat departed. MV is safe.
