Description: Armed persons in a speedboat approached a vessel underway.
The Master raised the alarm, took evasive manoeuvres, increased speed and alerted all crew members.
The Philippines coastguard was informed continuously and its assistance was requested.
The speedboat aborted its approach due to the crew alertness.
