Description:
A bulk carrier noticed ten gunmen dressed in black uniform wearing black masks on board a blue speedboat chasing a vessel in this position.
Later the speedboat diverted course and headed towards the bulk carrier.
Master and duty officer immediately contacted the Philippine Navy.
The speedboat aborted its attempt upon seeing the crew alertness.
