Description:
A merchant vessel anchored off Pointe Noire has been the victim of an unconfirmed criminal boarding attempt.
A watchman detected three men climbing up the side of the vessel by the anchor chain.
Once the men knew they were seen they jumped in to the sea, escaped to their vessel, and fled.
The port control has been informed.
