Description:

Merchant vessel was travelling south but has changed direction to head back into port and is currently drifting (at 28NOV16 2100LT) 58NM SW of this position.

Owners have not received contact with the vessel after the SSAS was activated.

MDAT-GOG strongly believes that the vessel is under pirate attack and that they may have taken control of the vessel.
