Description:
Three persons in a speedboat approached a vessel underway.
Master sounded ship's whistle continuously, made PA announcement, increased speed, conducted evasive manoeuvres, installed razor wire on deck railings and activated fire hoses.
Perpetrators aborted the approach due to crew alertness and hardening measures taken by the vessel.
