New low expected 990 over Newfoundland by 19/00 UTC, moving northeast
and deepening, expected 955 61N31W by 20/00 UTC. Associated
disturbance crossing FARADAY and north of ALTAIR.
High 1038 over central Europe with little change. Associated ridge
extending towards north or France, weakening.
High 1044 39N43W, drifting east, expected 1040 39N37W by 20/00 UTC.
Associated ridge reaching Ireland later.
Monsoon trough from 05N09W to 03N13W to 02N18W, then ITCZ continues
to 02N18W to 02N35W and 03N42W.
