31/00 UTC. Associated trough extending over FARADAY and ALTAIR,
moving eastwards and expected over the British Isles and just west of
Portugal at end.
New low expected 998 45N42W by 31/00 UTC.
High 1029 28N40W, slow-moving and building, expected 1031 30N38W by
31/00 UTC. Associated ridge extending to Spain and Morocco,
weakening. New ridge building over ACORES, ALTAIR and FARADAY at
end.
Monsoon trough extends from 06N10W to 05N16W, then ITCZ continues
from 05N16W to01N22W to the Equator near 40W.
