2. Description: On 19th April 2017 Merchant vessel attacked in psn 040643N

0061534E (around 10.8NM south of brass) at 190934ZAPR17. Armed pirates boarded the merchant vessel, kidnapped eight crew members and injured one crewmen who was evacuated by helicopter. Vessel’s transiting the area are advised to exercise extreme caution.
