Offshore Supply Ship
16.05.2017: 1803 UTC: Posn: 03:32N - 126:23E, Around 26nm SW of Kepulauan Talaud North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
An Offshore supply ship underway was approached by a small speed boat, which closed to approximately 30 meters.
Alarm raised, crew mustered and fire pump started to charge fire hoses. Seeing the alerted crew the boat aborted and moved away.
