1. Category: Sighting

2. Description: At 030850ZJUN17 a Merchant Vessel was approached by a number of skiffs with 4/5 POB in each skiff and weapons sighted in psn 1257N 04306E (Bab-el-Mandeb). There were 9 skiffs in the vicinity, however it is uncertain if they were working together. Mariners are advised to exercise caution whilst transiting this area.
