Bulk Carrier
22.07.2017:
0249 UTC: Posn: 15:31.9N - 018:10.0W,
Around 65nm NW of Dakar, Senegal. A fishing boat approached and attempted to board a bulk carrier underway. Alarm raised, all crew mustered, Master increased speed and conducted evasive maneuver. Due to bad weather, vessel managed to evade the boarding. All crew safe.
