1. Category: Sighting.

2. Description: On the 10th August 17 at 15:50Z, a Merchant Vessel sighted 7 skiffs in the vicinity of 131238N 0425825E (Bab-el-Mandeb). 2 skiffs closed to 1 cable then withdrew. Vessel and crew reported safe.

Mariners are reminded to exercise caution whilst transiting this area.
