Persistence of low area 1010-1012 over north Morocco-south Spain,
moving gradually northwards, extended from Morocco to south Bay of
Biscay on Monday 12 UTC.
Low 1013 51N16W, moving northeast, expected 1007 just west Scotland
by 14/12 UTC. Associated cold front in southwest crossing areas above
42N, reaching northwest PAZENN by 14/12 UTC.
Shallow low 1020 42N26W expected 40N25W by 14/00 UTC then 1022 by
15/00 UTC then filling.
New trough reaching extreme west FARADAY by 14/12 UTC then moving
eastwards.
High 1028 west of 35W expected 1026 37N35W by 14/12UTC.
Tropical wave near 32W from 07N to 21N, moving west at 15 to 20 kt.
Monsoon trough extends from 19N16W to 13N22W to 09N45W.
