ROBBERY AT ANCHORAGE

6NM/180° from Conakry, GUINEA

At 02:06ZHrs in position 09°24’00N 013°44’00W, an anchored merchant vessel was boarded by robbers. Alert was relayed on VHF16. Maritime Operation Centre of Conakry then contacted the vessel who confirmed the incident. Robbers were armed with knives and crowbars. Robbers broke some ship's windows and properties.
