Posn: 10:11.89N – 064:50.83W, Puerto Jose Anchorage, Venezuela.
Five robbers in a small boat boarded an anchored bulk carrier.
Duty AB noticed the robbers and reported to OOW, who raised the alarm.
Seeing the alerted crew, the robbers escaped.
Master contacted port control but did not receive a reply.
All crew safe.
