THEFT

215°/5NM from Lagos, NIGERIA

At 23:05ZHrs in position 06°19N – 003°20E, an anchored merchant tanker was boarded by 2 suspicious persons who tried to steal some cargo. They jumped overboard once they were spotted. Theft failed. MDAT-GoG comment: This event refers to Advisory 001/JAN/18.
