Godau Port, Vietnam.
Two robbers armed with knives boarded an anchored bulk carrier.
They took the bosun hostage, threatened and injured him with a knife and then tied him up. The Bosun managed to free himself and informed the Master who then raised the alarm and crew mustered.
A search was carried out and ships stores were reported missing.
Incident reported to Port Authorities who boarded the vessel for investigation. The bosun was sent ashore for medical treatment.
