2. Description: 08 Mar 2018 at 0920 an MV in POSN 1232N 04327E (Bab el Mendeb Strait) was approached by 3 skiffs, 3-4 POB each. Vsl and crew are safe. Vessels transiting the area are advised to exercise extreme caution.
