26.05.2018: 2115 UTC: Posn: 00:02.4S – 117:34.9E, Around 5nm SE of Bontang, Indonesia.
Duty AB on routine rounds onboard an anchored bulk carrier noticed robbers attempting to board the vessel via the hawse pipe. Alarm raised and crew mustered. Seeing the alerted crew, the robbers aborted their attempt and retreated to their boat.
