ReCAAP ISC Weekly Report #piracy #marsec @ReCAAPISC

OVERVIEW

During 16-22 Oct 18, the ReCAAP ISC did not receive report of piracy or armed robbery against ships that occurred in Asia. However, three incidents of armed robbery against ships outside Asia were reported to the ReCAAP ISC. Of the three incidents, two incidents occurred at Jose Anchorage, Venezuela on 9 Oct 18 and 10 Oct 18, and one incident occurred at SAA Anchorage, Lagos, Nigeria on 14 Oct 18.
