280/3NM off Pointe Noire (REPUBLIC OF CONGO)
On Monday the 22nd October 2018 at 23:28UTC, in position 04°46’46S - 011°47’30E (Pointe Noire) an MV (NAME WITHHELD) has been boarded by armed persons. They boarded via the anchor chain. They took some rope and made their escape.Crew and vessel are safe.
