226/51NM off Bonny, NIGERIA

On the 09th March 2019 at 1550UTC, in position 03°50N006°30E, an MV (NAME WITHHELD) was attacked by two skiffs. The security ship and the pirates exchanged shots and a casualty was reported. The ship was reported at Bonny Anchorage the 11th March for judicial investigation.

Suspicious approach

08/03/19

210/82NM off Bonny, NIGERIA On the 08th March 2019 at 1550UTC, an MV (NAME WITHHELD), in position 03°14N - 006°27E was approached at two(2) Cables by two skiffs with 5-6 persons on each skiff. The skiffs manoeuvred when they noticed the presence of a security escort vessel. Vessel and crew are safe.
