2. Description: 15th August 2019 0118 UTC, a merchant vessel is under attack in. Position 03° 52’40””N 009°31’12 “E (DOUALA PORT, CAMEROON). An unknown number of pirates are reported to be on board. Vessels are advised to exercise extreme caution in this area.
