Highlights :
MARITIME TERRORSIM : The ESSCOM (Sabah authorities) curfew in the Sulawesi / Sulu seas has been extended until November 22nd (http://www.dailyexpress.com.my/news/142927/curfew-in-esszone-extended/) ;
PIRACY / ROBBERY : No event reported this week (See map below for all piracy events since January, 1st) ;
ILLEGAL FISHING: 12 cases of illegal fishing reported to IFC, with finally a total amount of 71 total cases of illegal fishing in October alone (against only 30 in October 2018).
