Gabon On 23rd November 2019 at 1910UTC, in position S03°25,7 - E006°01,6’, an MV (NAME WITHHELD) has reported a suspicious activity involving an MV (NAME WITHHELD) and 2 skiffs. After investigation, this event was classified as a false alarm
