280/35 nm off Bata (Equatorial Guinea )

On the 6th January at 0622 UTC, an MV (NAME WITHHELD) reported a suspicious approach. The MV(NAME WITHHELD) reported a vessel moving without navigation lights and a radial course in position 01°55.6N –009°10.0E. After further investigation, it was reclassified as a FALSE ALARM. MDAT-GoG comment: Nil
