10.08.2020: 0206 UTC:
Posn: 08:41.98S – 013:18.45E, Luanda Anchorage, Angola.
Three robbers boarded an anchored general cargo ship. The deck patrol was threaten and tied up by the robbers. When the patrol did not report for 15 minutes the OOW raised the alarm. Crew mustered, proceeded forward and noticed the apprehended crew. The robbers had escaped with stolen ship properties.
