Posn: 06:04.53S – 012:18.50E, Soyo Anchorage, Angola.
OOW onboard an anchored offshore supply vessel noticed 12 armed persons in a wooden boat attempting to board. Alarm activated and the persons aborted the attempt and moved away. Port Authorities notified and a security boat was dispatched to the location.
