On the 3rd May 2020 at 0500UTC, two trawlers (NAME WITHHELD) in positions 00°30'50''N; 009°06'21''E (290°/20nm off Libreville, GABON) and 00°55'24''N ; 009°08'09''E (330°/36nm off Libreville GABON) were boarded by unknow amount of Person’s, a skiff with 13 POB were seen in the area
