ReCAAP ISC Weekly Report #piracy #marsec @ReCAAPISC

OVERVIEW

During 18-24 Aug 20, two incidents of armed robbery against ships in Asia were reported to the ReCAAP ISC. Both were CAT 21 incidents and occurred at Batangas Anchorage, Philippines. The two incidents occurred within an interval of seven days, and the perpetrators demonstrated violence towards the crew.
