1. The 30th UKMTO (Dubai) Maritime Information Exchange Vessel Operators Meeting (MIEVOM) took place virtually on 12 November with 74 attendees joining via Zoom from across the globe. The event included Maritime Security related presentations from CMF, EU NAVFOR, IMSC, RN ILO Yemen, Ambrey and Al Safina Security. A Record of Discussion from the event will be made available on the UKMTO website.
2. Ship owners and operators are requested to ensure that their masters are fully aware of their respective Flag State guidance when transiting through the UKMTO Voluntary Reporting Area (VRA).
